Cancellation policy
The Transfer Answer LLC will refund your money if you wish to cancel. In order to receive a refund you must cancel at least ten (10) days prior to the first departure date of your cruise.If the cruise line cancels the cruise or the cruise is canceled due to weather or hurricane issues The Transfer Answer will work with you or your travel agent to either make future arrangements with another cruise date or refund the money for the transfer. No ShowThe Transfer Answer LLC will make every reasonable effort to meet the client on the transfer date. The client is asked to submit air schedule, and confirm the schedule fits within the parameters of the cruise departure and arrival times. If the client does not make any effort to reasonably notify as to delay the client is considered a no show and will not receive a refund.The Transfer Answer LLC is not responsible for late arrival to the cruise ship or the airport. It is up to the travel agent and/or client to adhere to the suggested air departure and arrival times as indicated by the cruise lines and The Transfer Answer LLC assumes no responsibility for missing flights or cruise due to poorly scheduled flights and or flight delay, weather etc.
